Thais Sasso Lopes was awarded the Ethel Mary Reid Research Grant ($1500) round 2020 from the Royal Zoological Society of New South Wales. She plans to use the grant to cover laboratory analysis to investigate the protective role of the microbiome on the skin of Mixophyes fleayi against diseases.
